Eminova Fondkommission AB was founded in 2012 by Gunnar Dahlman who is also the founder of Aktiespar Fondkommission and Aqurat Fondkommission. In 2018, the sister company Eminova Partners Corporate Finance AB was founded by Johan Strömqvist, Mikael Boberg, Peter Sävehamn and David Ahlroth.
